After-school Smashed Eggs

Kids always seem to arrive home from school looking for food! Try this filing snack, it's quick, simple, budget friendly and will keep them going till dinner time.


  • 2 wholegrain crispbreads
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp fat reduced Greek yoghurt


  1. Spread crispbread with avocado.
  2. Mash hard-boiled eggs with yoghurt & load on top of avocado.
