Choc-Orange Bliss Balls

Curb the afternoon sugar cravings with these delicious bliss balls! Packed with flavour so the kids love them for an afternoon snack too!

Ingredients

  • 12 pitted dates
  • 8 figs
  • 1 Tbsp good quality cacao
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 20-30mls fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange rind
  • shredded coconut for rolling 

Method

  1. Add shredded coconut to a plate and set as side. 
  2. Add all remaining ingredients into food processor.
  3. Blend together until a dough like consistency forms.
  4. Using a tablespoon scoop mixture onto wet fingertip and roll into snack-sized balls.
  5. Place balls onto shredded coconut and roll to cover.
  6. Add to airtight container & place in fridge.
  7. Keep refrigerated up to 5 days.
