Ingredients
- 2 wheat biscuits (such as Weetbix, Vita brits or generic branded wheat biscuits)
- 1/3 cup of reduced fat milk
- 170g plain reduced fat Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 2-3 strawberries, diced
- 1tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Additional toppings such as: chopped mango, mixed nuts or a teaspoon of peanut butter.
Method
- Crush wheat biscuits in bottom of a jar/glass, cover with milk and let soak for a few minutes
- In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, banana, and cinnamon.
- Layer on top of wheat biscuits.
- Place strawberries on top of yogurt and drizzle maple syrup or honey (optional).
- Cover, refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning with your additional topping.
