Ingredients
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 fresh pitted Medjool dates
- 500g strawberries
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 800g reduced-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
Method
- Add almonds, walnuts, cinnamon and 2 dates to food processor and process until
you have a sticky-crumble like consistency. - Cut half of the strawberries into quarters.
- Blend the other half of the strawberries with the other 2 fresh dates and chia seeds with a stick blender until smooth.
- Divide cut strawberries into 4 glasses, topping with yoghurt, and spoon on strawberry puree.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.
Tip:
If you don’t have a food processor, you can chop by hand until a consistency you’d enjoy.
