Ingredients

 
  • 1 cup milk/milk alternative or water/ice2 handfuls spinach or kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup of veggies such as cucumber, celery or avocado
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground seeds and nuts like almonds, sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chopped fruit like banana, kiwi fruit, berries, pineapple, or mango
  • 10 mint leaves
  • extra ice cubes

Method

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a chilled tall glasses to serve, or into a reusable bottle for your a smoothie-on-the-go!
