Ingredients
- 1 cup milk/milk alternative or water/ice2 handfuls spinach or kale leaves
- 1/2 cup of veggies such as cucumber, celery or avocado
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground seeds and nuts like almonds, sunflower seeds
- 1 cup chopped fruit like banana, kiwi fruit, berries, pineapple, or mango
- 10 mint leaves
- extra ice cubes
Method
- Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a chilled tall glasses to serve, or into a reusable bottle for your a smoothie-on-the-go!
